Yet, there’s one problem – many diverse business owners have never heard of supplier diversity, which means many of them miss out on growth opportunities simply due to a lack of knowledge and strategic direction.
I am a supplier diversity and business development strategist who is passionate about helping scalable diverse-owned businesses position themselves for sustainable growth.
Over my business development and supplier diversity career, I have sold millions and built relationships with some of the world’s largest corporations, including but not limited to, The Walt Disney Company, National Basketball Association, Target, Wells Fargo, and Nissan.
Now I am expanding my reach and impact by investing my experience and knowledge into other scalable, diverse-owned businesses ready to reach new levels of success. Equally important, I am working with government agencies and public companies to strengthen the capacity of their diverse supplier base through effective supplier development.
